Allows you to smooth the input image using 4 different operations:
Averaging: Replaces each pixel’s colors with the average of neighboring pixels. Use for removing random noise from an image.
Gaussian Blurring: Replaces each pixel’s colors with a weighted average of neighboring pixels, prioritizing closer pixels. Use to separate subjects from blurry backgrounds or reduce low-light noise.
Median Blurring: Sorts neighboring pixels’ colors and chooses the middle (median) value for the center pixel. Use for cleaning blemishes, random noise, and preparing for Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Bilateral Blurring: Similar to Gaussian blurring, but ignores large color differences to keep edges sharp. Use for photo editing to smoothen the subject while maintaining sharp details.
