This function returns the specified parameter of the hand landmark detected:
- Parameter: X coordinate or Y coordinate
- Finger Position: Top, Middle 1, Middle 2, or Bottom
- Finger: Thumb, Index Finger, Middle Finger, Ring Finger, or Pinky Finger
