A smart electronic parking system that uses Artificial Intelligence and Hardware modules to detect empty parking spots in real time. This project uses actuators, sensors, display modules, and APGS (Automated Parking Guidance System) integrated with a Lego Parking System to communicate with drivers and reduce traffic congestion.
The Smart Electronic Parking solution can include in-ground parking sensors, micro-controllers, cameras, and counting sensors that are embedded into parking spots. These smart devices detect emptiness and provide information quickly for drivers to get an available spot. This system helps to maintain regulating occupancy and ensure safety for drivers and pedestrians.
This project is the winner of the Codeavour Contest. It is an innovation to reduce traffic, save time, and allow drivers to park their vehicles in an efficient way.
