Smart Electricity Saver: Automating Lighting based on Sunlight
The Smart Electricity Saver project is designed to optimize energy consumption by automating lighting based on the presence of sunlight. With the integration of a light sensor and a window control mechanism, the system intelligently adjusts the lighting conditions in a room. When sunlight is detected, the window automatically opens, allowing natural light to illuminate the space, while simultaneously turning off the electric lamp. As the evening sets in and sunlight diminishes, the window closes, and the lamp automatically turns on, ensuring consistent lighting levels. This smart solution not only reduces electricity usage but also enhances energy efficiency and sustainability.
